Overall quality was good with decent mattresses, but the simultaneous renovation made it a bit untidy.

The location was good, the underground garage had plenty of parking spots and the bed was comfortable, but the room we originally booked was unavailable. We received two different explanations: that the suite was too small for two adults and two children, and the next morning that the suite was under renovation. The toilet leaked, smelled of urine, and water ran from the toilet into the shower (not a recent issue, as there were obvious limescale stains). There was dirt under the bed and a smell from smoking guests on the balconies. Breakfast was relatively expensive, the selection was unremarkable, and we had to line up with a crowd of tourists at 07:00 am to find a spot.

The room was very nice, the staff friendly and breakfast great, nothing to complain about.
