They confirmed our reservation but had no room available; we waited until 11 pm while they tried to find another place, then we gave up and booked elsewhere.

The staff behaved badly, the place was dirty with mosquitoes, they denied check‑in because they claimed no rooms were free, asked for extra money, gave us a non‑AC room even though we booked an AC one, and only switched us to an AC room at 11 pm after we pressed them four times.

The staff was rude and demanded money after we arrived even though the booking was prepaid; the rooms weren’t cleaned, linens were dirty and spotted, the bathroom taps and jets didn’t work, there was no room service, no nearby food or restaurants, and the hotel is just beside the expressway. The owner only rents rooms to unmarried couples for a few hours and does not welcome families. If you want to ruin your mood and holiday, stay here.
