I managed check‑in and check‑out entirely on my phone, no cards needed—just codes for the front door and my room. The kitchen was well stocked, so we could cook our own meals. The cleaning could use improvement, especially in the shared areas, kitchen, toilets, and bathrooms; the bedding was clean but dust had accumulated under the beds for a while.

We joined a group trip to Kanazawa Akapela Town and stayed in a shared house for the first time; it was remarkably tidy, even though it was full, and none of the other guests bothered us. We even had a chance to mingle a bit, which made the stay enjoyable. We had no issues at all over the two days.
