The room had a strong smell of old smoke and we even found old food in the closet. To make matters worse, the breakfast was a huge letdown with hardly any Western options available. It's a shame because the location is great, but the overall experience was pretty disappointing.

This place is a gem - the location is unbeatable, with loads of great restaurants just a short walk away. The breakfast options are a bonus, especially the Vietnamese dishes, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed some extra care after a medical procedure.

“Very good location and value for money”

I was really impressed with the hotel's location in the D3 district - it's close to everything but still feels less touristy than some of the other areas. The owner is a great guy who speaks English and French, and the staff are all super friendly. For the price, it's a great value - the rooms might not be the newest, but they're comfortable enough.

“nicht besonders”

The hotel's location and climate-controlled setup were definite positives, but unfortunately, the reception staff were completely unfriendly. Our room was right next to an office, just 10 meters away, and the curtains had to be kept closed because it was so dark. Not exactly the most ideal setup.
