Everything was great. The only issue was that the toilet in room 317 didn’t work properly.

I liked the staff and enjoyed the breakfast. I didn’t like the pool area.

“It was ok, the staff were great, but the facilities needs some improvement!”

The location is good, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities seem to have deteriorated since my last stay; the desk chair was tattered and the faucet in the bathroom sink dripped all the time, leaving wet spots on the counter. The breakfast was disappointing because all of the coffee choices were cold except for one. The grits were inedible, like water.

“Decent enough place to stay with friendly staff but for a hotel that’s ony 15 years old, I t’s in very rough shape.”

The staff were friendly, but maintenance was awful – water damage spots on the ceiling in my room and in common areas, the gym was in bad shape, the thermostat was missing, and wallpaper was peeling.

The hotel sits close to my mother’s home and a casino, but it really needs a remodel.
