A real treasure in Thamel – the Milestone Hotel welcomed me with warm hospitality, a comfy room, and legendary, friendly staff who were always eager to help; I’d gladly return.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Tamer district with easy access to sights, and the breakfast‑included plan was good value. Breakfast offered a variety of choices; I tried the American and Farmers plates, both beautifully presented and tasty. All the staff were friendly. When I first entered the room, a strong deodoriser smell hit me and never went away, and I spotted two cockroaches in the room.
