SOB Hotel by WMM Hotels

“Passt”

The booking system and access were straightforward. The mattresses slid apart on a double bed that should have been a single.

Check‑in was simple and worked as described. A car that has been abandoned for a long time stands in front of the hotel, greeting arriving guests. Upon entering the room the door handle fell off, showing a lack of basic maintenance. The missing blinds in the bathroom cabinet let you see the electrical wiring. Walls and ceilings are covered with various insect carcasses. The lack of soundproofing is a highlight, letting you hear the local village youth’s motor noises while trying to sleep. Overall disappointing for a hotel of this price range, especially since other WMM hotels perform much better.

“Kein Support, viel zu später Türcode, man ist hilflos”

The room was modern, clean, with good mattresses and a large fridge, plus a two‑plate stove that we didn’t use. There was no support at all. The door code was supposed to arrive at 14:45, but it didn’t, so we couldn’t access the room until 16:00. If you’re traveling from far away, you want to get into your room. No help, the emergency number was called multiple times without success. At 16:45 the code finally arrived, and we spent almost 45 minutes on the parking lot with no indication. It ruined any desire to stay at this hotel.

We have stayed here several times and were always satisfied, but this time it was unfortunately not the same. A cockroach was in the bathroom, the bucket lid was missing, the bathroom cabinet door was broken/dismantled and lay under the sinks. The duvet cover was ripped and old.

The room and bathroom were very spacious, with plenty of storage and closet space. Parking was in front of the door. Google Maps couldn’t find the house number because it was too new.
