I was blown away by how amazing everything was, one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen, even after visiting many. The only hiccup was a small slip at the Reception, but the staff made up for it with great kindness and willingness to help.

The pool was great and the staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean overall. However, the bed in my room was extremely hard, and I found the breakfast far below the price of the stay: although there was a wide variety, the quality of the food was mediocre, for example the processed juices and the bakery items were far below Italian standards.
