The staff were very friendly and professional, and the breakfast was amazing, but the double bed was uncomfortable and the room looked very dated, even though the hotel is being updated.

The location is good, but the value for money isn’t great – £20 per night for the dog, the room needs refreshing and has a slight odour, the bath is cracked, and the toilet brush and holder are dirty.
