Guests receive free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, a private bathroom with shower and toiletries, plus a refrigerator, electric kettle, TV and wardrobe. Situated five minutes from St George’s Bay, 400 m from Portomaso Marina, and near Love Monument, Bay Street and water‑sport venues.

Excellent location, right next to all amenities and the dive centre. The studio was very clean when we arrived. Storage was simple but plenty and functional for a five‑day stay. The kitchenette was very Spartan, lacking basic cooking equipment. Waste management was complicated with the Maltese system; having bins or dedicated containers in the building would have been far more convenient than having to follow the street bag‑out schedule, even though we sorted carefully. The accommodation was suitable for a short four‑night emergency stay, but too limited for a longer period; I won’t book it again despite its positives.

The place works great for any type of stay. It sits right in the heart of Paceville, and even though I know the area, the street music doesn’t bleed into the room at night, which is awesome for those who aren’t into Malta’s nightlife. I liked everything about the accommodation itself, but the staff offered very little communication.

Everything was handy in a single small space. I had to wait a long time for the hosts to reply, and I found used, dirty towels left by previous guests.
