We are 70 years old and couldn’t find a bellman to help with our luggage when we arrived, so we had to carry it up the stairs in the hallway. The maids eventually assisted us, but we had to wait 20 minutes for a bellman to come, and we had to take the luggage ourselves because we needed to leave. The hotel looks worn out and needs a major remodel. I asked to speak to the manager and am still waiting for a call. I talked to the front desk and customer relations staff, and they said they could do nothing. That is not how a customer should be treated. This is not a 5‑star Hyatt; it feels more like a 2‑star, and it will be a long time before I stay at a Hyatt again.
