The location was convenient, close to restaurants, a shopping centre, and the beach, and the nights were lively and fun. However, there was no housekeeping for the rooms, no internet connection, parking was limited, and it wasn’t enough for visitors.

It’s very well situated, just a stone’s throw from the beach, and the room is pleasant. The downside is that it’s quite poorly insulated, and you can hear a lot of hallway noise.

The spot is strategic, near restaurants, Cenang beach, and many shops, and they provide a water filter. The room was dirty with a soiled floor, the air‑conditioner was not cool, the bathroom door button was broken, the water tap in the bathroom broke, the hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and when I asked for an extra towel it was simply ignored.
