The hotel feels a bit old‑fashioned, but that’s more than made up for by the exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional staff; the vibe is warm and friendly, and the food is tasty, fresh, and varied. The main area that could use improvement is the Wi‑Fi – it doesn’t work in the rooms at all and is only available in the lobby, with occasional connections on some floors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially valued the wonderful hospitality and friendly attitude of the staff.

“Nicest stay in Suzhou!”

I love everything about this hotel. The location is less than 10 minutes walking to the expo center, the city is pretty and great for walking. The breakfast was nice, the staff were helpful & friendly, the room was super spacious, all amenities are fully equipped. You can get a glimpse of the city view from the room but it’s totally fine with me. The best part for me is that there is a laundry room provided so you can wash and dry your own clothes. Would totally recommend this hotel ✨️

Communicating with the reception staff was a breeze, they were super helpful and we even used WeChat to overcome any language barriers. I didn't run into any issues during my stay, which was great. One thing that was a bit tricky was finding the hotel entrance, it's not exactly signposted.
