The place was super quiet, roomy and soothing, but the top pool felt a bit underwhelming. A new hotel was under construction next door, so we avoided the beach; big boats were dumping rocks and diggers were moving them all day, which kept us away from the shore but didn't ruin the trip.

The staff were extremely friendly and responded quickly when we asked for an upgrade; the new room was stunning with a sea view right above the private beach. The resort is beautiful apart from the two upper buildings and the breakfast could be better, but the pool and beach are perfect for snorkeling and there’s a handy little shop. The site is far from town on purpose, so you have to take the Andaman Wave Master boat from Krabi—watch out for that. Our original room, up in the highest building, only had a decent view; the rooms themselves need a refresh and are not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. Breakfast is abundant but the quality is low; we would have preferred fewer items with higher quality.

The team is always attentive, listening and smiling. The bungalow was practical and well equipped, and the dining options were decent. The check‑in was a bit rushed, but that’s typical in Thailand.

This resort was stunning. The beachfront bungalow was beautiful, with a superb location and view. Some trash was found along the rocky shoreline, which might need to be collected because of wildlife concerns. We also avoided one beach because a new resort was being built right next to it all day and evening.
