“Not clean enough to stay”
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this accommodation. There was visible dirt in the kitchen and bathroom, dust on the blinds and cupboards, and the fridge and washing machine were dirty. No clean towels were available, and the overall condition was not what I would expect from a properly cleaned place. I felt uncomfortable staying there and decided to leave. On a positive note, the owners were cooperative and helpful in resolving the situation, and I received a full refund. While I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue, the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made for a disappointing experience.
