The wonderful team at Westhill made my visit feel very personal; they were professional, funny, and happy, and I know Joe, the owner, is very proud of them—thanks to everyone, especially Margaret, and I look forward to my next visit.

The pool was great, but the restaurant manager was difficult and unhelpful, while all the other staff were very good.

The downstairs facilities, the grounds and the staff were genuinely pleasant, and the breakfast was delightful. However, the bedrooms felt like a trip back to the 1960s, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the single room felt cramped, almost like a cupboard.
