The staff were dishonest in their communication. I booked to attend yoga classes, but over my two‑day stay none were available. I had already contacted the hostel before arrival, and they confirmed I could join. At check‑in I reiterated my intention to attend the next morning’s class. Ten minutes before the class, I was told it was cancelled because the teacher was sick. I confirmed I would come the next day. At 9 pm the previous evening I was told yoga would happen. I arrived on time, only to find the class had already finished. The volunteer who schedules the classes failed to update the timetable. It was uncomfortable. The staff offered excuses: not enough people, the teacher didn’t want to come, then blamed me for not being there on time. Another guest had the same experience. A sign‑up list for yoga would have clarified things—other professional hostels use that system. The hostel’s design is nice, but many items are broken: the mirror in the women’s room, bathroom hangers, toilet paper holder, kitchen tap, and kettle. The kitchen is neglected, with unwashed mugs containing dead animals, a broken stove, and a dirty fridge. Additionally, a guest reported that money was stolen from her locker, leading to a police case.
