The location is great and it’s one of the better properties in Guruvayur. The staff could be more helpful and friendly; they sometimes come across as rude, perhaps a cultural thing, but it’s worth looking into. No one smiles.

The food was decent, but the hotel has lost its charm. The rooms aren’t very clean, the corridor carpets smelled, the bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs, and the room lacked proper placement of amenities. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Everything was great: the hotel is close to the temple, has good restaurants and staff, clean rooms, and tasty food. The mattress needs replacement, but otherwise everything was perfect 👌.

The room and toilet were clean, but the room phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs many times to place room service. No pen or pad was available for taking notes, and the outside carpet was pretty worn out and needs replacement urgently.
