The breakfast was nice and varied, but there were only two luggage carts and it took me 20 minutes to find one. The staff could improve their friendliness and professionalism; they made me feel like a nuisance.

We were turned away at the entrance, so we never stayed. The hotel should accommodate cats and dogs; only allowing dogs is absurd.

The pool and spa are great, parking is convenient, and it’s close to restaurants and attractions, but the room wasn’t cleaned well and the refrigerator was broken, spoiling my food.
