The location was great, right next to Shepherd's Bush Market, and the place was clean. The host was friendly. But the single room was incredibly tiny, and the bed was just as small and uncomfortable. The bedlinen was clean but felt like it belonged in the 80s. I didn't see this room listed on the website, otherwise I wouldn't have booked it.

I stayed in a cozy spot right in the middle of Shepherd’s Bush, between Goldhawk Road and Shepherd’s Bush underground stations, giving easy access to central London. The room was small, but it worked perfectly for our three‑day stay. The owner was kind, explained everything clearly, and we had a pleasant chat. The whole place was spotless, with fresh towels daily. I’d definitely return next time I’m in London.

The décor was no‑frills, but the room was very clean and the bed was just right – not too hard or too soft. Fresh towels came daily, which was a nice touch. Even though the room faced the street, it was quiet. There were no other guests, so I didn’t hear anyone else. The location is opposite Shepherds Bush Green in travel zone 2, almost exactly between a Central line station and a Hammersmith & City station – 7 minutes walking each way. Lots of cafés and small restaurants are nearby, and there’s a laundrette close by. The neighborhood feels safe and diverse. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though there was no formal front desk; someone was always available. The room was cleaned daily. The shower stall was very narrow, so I had to buy my own shampoo and soap. Wi‑Fi was weak and I had to keep re‑signing in.
