“Need an upgrade to clean and room basic facilities.”
Room 202 and 203 had broken windows, and the room facilities were lacking.
The food was good, but we couldn’t get Wi‑Fi on the second floor and the cleanliness needs to be maintained properly.

The hotel's location was a big plus - it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The staff were also super helpful, especially when I checked in late and they still managed to get me sorted. The room itself was small but spotless, which was a nice surprise. However, the real kicker was the safety aspect - the hotel had a 24/7 security team on site, which made me feel really at ease.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I arrived at 4 am, expecting to check in as we'd agreed over the phone. The staff told me they had no rooms available, despite my confirmation that I could check in at any time - and to make matters worse, they offered me a room at a higher price than I'd booked.
