The reception staff were very friendly and explained everything well, and the room size was great. The room had an old, stained carpet, the bathroom was only moderately cleaned, and the coffee machine looked very unappealing, so we didn’t use it.

“Overall my experience of stay was ok, but doesn't deserve to be 4 Star hotel.”

The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was good, though the menu didn’t change at all over the five days I stayed. Getting to the city was easy with taxis right outside. However, no bathroom slippers were provided even after asking, there were no laundry bags, and no replacement water bottles. When I requested an ironing board and iron, they were in terrible condition: the cloth on the board was torn and dirty, and the enamel on the iron box was gone, risking damage to my blazer. Aside from a lady at reception and a gentleman on the restaurant night shift, no one else seemed to know how to smile or what hospitality is; any request had to be insisted on more than twice—such as cleaning the room or replacing the iron board/box, which never happened. The night‑shift restaurant staff were also lacking.
