Nothing to praise. The staff was downright rude, and there was no elevator in the building—stairs to the third floor, and nobody offered to carry our luggage.

We booked for three adults, yet the manager and receptionist were rude. The room was in awful condition, only a two‑person bed for a three‑person booking, and the receptionist’s attitude forced us to find another hotel—many others with reservations suffered the same fate.

Nothing worth mentioning. The experience was a disaster. We were moved to a hotel 6 km away from the advertised location; the rooms lacked ventilation and cleanliness, geysers didn’t work, and we waited two hours just to get hot water for a shower.
