The place is all about location, location, location—just have to see it to believe it! It ranks among the best spots I've ever stayed at, and the hospitality is truly incredible. The family is lovely, and I wish them all the best.

The place looked natural and calm, we took it easy. The people were friendly. The room was beautiful and tidy, with a stunning view from the full-opening window. There was air‑conditioning and a small fridge with water, but we didn’t drink it because the staff told us to refill it from the bathroom and said the water was good for drinking. Towels were provided. The food was tasty, and the outdoor sessions were great with the view. The area is remote and isolated in the mountains among tea farms. Driving to the site was somewhat tiring, especially with the Turkish north roads that are mostly the same, with a few difficulties. The area has no events except going up and down the mountain. Hospitality level needs improvement; there is still a clear difference compared to global hotels or Asian destinations. The food options are the same every day, and even though breakfast is included, the staff charged us for the quantities we ordered, and once they told us to lock the kitchen before its time and that this item was finished! There is also a smell in the air conditioning at the accommodation from dampness, and every time we turn on the lights they come back! The site needs continuous ventilation and lighting. The mattresses on the bed need upgrading because they are hard and completely uncomfortable.

The room with a valley view is remarkable. The windows that open to turn the room into a covered terrace are pure bliss. The people are welcoming and warm. For breakfast, the cook makes outstanding omelettes. Health to the staff! The only thing that could be nitpicked is the access road; some mention it, but I think for such a view you really have to leave the highways.

I loved the service, the views, the location and mostly the peace and quiet. The toilet ceiling leaked 2 of 3 days and the ownerz were not (did not) fix it
