Very nice and attentive owner. The place is beautiful, quiet, and just a few minutes’ walk from the lake. A charming, rustic, lovingly run pension at a good price.

We liked it. We were only there a few days, but the house, our room, and the seating area for relaxing and breakfast were all fine. The place is old but well kept. The area has few options for a beer or wine in the evening. I’d say it’s suitable for two nights or a layover. The Renzl family is very nice and attentive. It was lovely to say hello again after decades, and the peace there is definitely present. The only issue is the lack of restaurants or inns; the landlords can’t do anything about that, so life on the countryside is what it is.

I parked my motorcycle safely in the garage, enjoyed a hearty and tasty breakfast, and found a small but beautiful lake just around the corner. The only downside was the lack of fly screens.
