Staying at AJ Villa was excellent. The house is spacious, bright, modern, and very comfortable, with several fully equipped rooms that are generous in size and beautifully designed. Every space feels open and easy to enjoy. It’s a perfect place to slow down, relax, and truly rest—a calm and welcoming home that makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment.

AJ Villa – Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were warmly welcomed by Asha, and it was the perfect start to our journey in Sri Lanka. From the very first moment, she made us feel at home and truly cared for us. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, and Asha gave us so many wonderful tips to explore the area and enjoy the local culture. The room is very nice with a view of the river, everything is very clean, and the pool was the highlight for our daughter. It’s located away from the bustle and noise of Negombo. The lovingly prepared breakfast was tasty and inexpensive! Most importantly, the host is so warm, friendly, and helpful! The only downside is the early church singing, which is a bit annoying. The bathroom is a bit tight; a sliding door would be perfect.
