The staff were awesome and really kind to us; we really enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy and very comfortable, but the cleaning—especially under the bed—could use some improvement.

The surroundings and the friendly staff were nice, but the shower head wouldn’t stay in place until we reported it, after which it was fixed. The ashtray on the terrace was full of pebbles, which we found unsightly.

The breakfast had a great variety, and the forest location is very beautiful. However, the queen‑size bed (not to be confused with a king‑size) in the room is cramped for two adults taller than 180 cm. The breakfast buffet layout is tight, causing people to bump into each other. The online check‑in and iPhone‑opened doors feel unwelcoming. The reception desk isn’t really a desk, leaving guests a bit lost while waiting to be noticed, and the staff seem distracted. The area around the hotel offers lovely walks and is even a dog‑free zone, but dogs are not allowed in the hotel or restaurant.
