“Good location”
The location was great and the staff were very helpful. I had to request to change my room and the reception staff sorted it very quickly and without hesitation. There is no reception area or communal area to sit. The reception is just a desk in the middle of a room. There are no additional amenities so the only place to work or sit comfortably is the room. In order to get through the front door, you have to ring the door bell and the desk isn’t staffed at all times which makes accessing the property slightly inconvenient. The room is was put in originally needed a lot of TLC. The bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall, there was an open vent in the ceiling in the bathroom and general wear and tear throughout the room. The window was not in working order. I reported this to the front desk who changed my room immediately
