The manager was very kind, the room and bathroom were clean, but the mattress was barely comfortable and the slats were noticeable; otherwise the night was perfect.

“Correct sans plus et environment bruyant.”

The night guard was very attentive and helpful in every way, offering advice and quick transport options. When we first arrived, the room was not very comfortable, but the staff managed to upgrade us to a better room with a bathroom and toilet. Otherwise, it looked like it was under renovation—no bedside lamps even though there were power sockets.

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The bathrooms were spotless and the value for money was excellent. The only downside was the loud neighbor in the adjacent room, but that was not the hotel’s fault.

“Disappointing Experience”

I booked a room with a private bathroom and paid extra for it. When we got there, the front desk told us the room had been given to another guest because they didn’t realize it was already booked. I asked them to compensate us, but nothing was done. In the morning there were no paper towels in the bathroom. I was very disappointed because I paid more for a private bathroom and didn’t receive it.
