The hotel was calm and the host had a warm personality. The meals were very hearty, the Wi‑Fi at reception worked well, and the accommodation was spacious enough for four people. The garden was well maintained, the safari driver arrived on time, and the breakfasts offered on safari were plentiful. The air‑conditioning worked nicely. The rooms lack modernity and could use a refresh and trendier décor; the Wi‑Fi in the rooms might also need improvement.

I found the place a bit quirky, with unique buildings and rooms and an interesting communal area. The owners were friendly and served a good breakfast, both as takeaway for a safari and in the communal space. The location is remote, so you need a car, which we expected.

We stayed at Suduweli and organized our safari through the homestay, which was perfect. The hosts were great and we had a very good experience, thank you!

Everything was perfect here. The hosts were more than kind and polite and available for every need. The safari with Janaka was awesome as well. The best part of Sri Lanka we did for now.

An incredibly wonderful place! A must-visit if you want to experience life close to nature. The atmosphere is unique; the cabins are clean and cozy, and they have everything you need. A special thank you to the hosts of this wonderful place! They are amazing, warm, friendly, and very attentive people; the food is delicious and plentiful, and the coffee is fantastic! The best place!
