Two pools, a stunning view, direct beach access, free parking, and a clean environment with wonderful staff. The downside is that it’s a timeshare property with a lot of rules—some feel arbitrary, but most are only minor inconveniences.

We tried to book for 2027 for the same week as next year, but the price jumped $500 for that same period—so we gave up and booked elsewhere. It’s a shame, because the only other issue is the annual weekly price creeping up, though not by a hundred. Everything else was fine.

Great location. After you check in you get a guy trying to sell you crap, and when you sign up they don’t deliver everything they promise. The units Dishwasher was broke called 3 times and nothing was done about it. They apparently had 2 separate reservations for me so in mid stay all of the keys quit working , office was closed. Just a huge disappointment
