“Wir werden nicht wiederkommen”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and cleanliness ranged from okay to good. However, the area itself needs a lot of renovation, and with the pizzeria closed it feels like a ghost town. The stairwell lighting coming from outside is almost nonexistent. Overall, many good ideas in the apartment, but the implementation and execution could be improved. There are many steps and levels in the apartment, which can lead to bumping your head. The bathroom drain was clogged, but it was cleaned afterward and was fine.

The room was very nice and had everything you’d need. It’s extremely close to the old town and the Plassenburg. Unfortunately we couldn’t try the restaurant in the same building, but it was summer vacation.

We were upgraded to a spacious suite, but the hotel was dead and the restaurant was completely closed.

“Repetiría sin dudarlo!!”

The room’s décor, the calm atmosphere, and the hotel’s comforts were all great; there was a small fridge, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, even pastries and a wide variety of infusions, making the experience unforgettable and giving me a sense of home. I liked everything!!

“Schade, dass man den Charme dieses alten Hauses so runterkommen lässt.”

The hotel’s location was good, but first impressions were poor: we arrived at 15:30 to find the reception unmanned while the building was open, rang the bell and were told someone would come, then we paid, filled out a form and were led up a dark staircase to our room where the clerk rushed us through the check‑in, making us feel unwelcome. We discovered an unclean bathroom floor, which made us uncomfortable in the property; although the floor was cleaned after we complained, no genuine apology was offered. The hotel did not meet our expectations, was overpriced, and felt both dated and shabby.
