“A clean, tidy and comfy place to stay ,just a 5 min drive to the lake and tourist attractions.”

The room was spotless and neat. The spa bath was fantastic—once we discovered the bubble switch on the bedroom wall, the bed layout with the extra sofa bed worked perfectly for our group. The shower was excellent, and having toiletries supplied for shower use was a nice touch. A small improvement would be more storage space for food in the kitchen beyond the fridge; we had cereal, bread, fruit, and snacks for three days to keep tidy, but we managed.

Close to the village of Whakarewarewa and easy access to the center. The apartment was clean but had only minimal equipment and no sound insulation at the back. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too large, and no one at reception was available to swap them.

“Comfy, easy to get around to our activities, home away from home”

Nice location, close to everything. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the spa pool at the back.

“Really happy with all staff & the Motel was fantastic”

The place was clean and had a pleasant feel. Small kitchen utensils that aren’t usually present were there, along with useful appliances and air‑conditioning, making the room very comfortable. The spa was a hit for our granddaughter. The price was great; we usually stay in a hotel, but we’ll use Ashleigh Court Motel for all future stays in Rotorua. The only downside was a big chip in a dinner plate, and we would have liked an oven.

“Great v as lie for money”

Separate bedroom, clean spa bath. One of the rooms (5) had a door keypad that only locked from the outside; staff tried to fix it but couldn’t, so we had to get someone from another room to lock them in at night.
