The location was very good, but the breakfast was very modest—only baguette was offered on the table, no toasting option, and even the cheapest fruit like apples was missing. There was no fruit at all. The room had no safe or refrigerator. When I told reception that there was no toilet paper in our room, the man handed me a roll in his hand, something I’ve never experienced before.

The place is new, the décor is beautiful, the room is spacious, the bathroom has a shower, and the view of the Bridal Veil waterfall is wonderful. The room lacks a refrigerator, kettle, and bathroom fan, and the high‑elevation location makes the climb to it very tiring; the breakfast system didn’t appeal to me because it wasn’t a buffet.

Quiet, new, and clean, with a tasty and simple breakfast and fantastic views; no kettle is available, but they do provide hot water on request. The floors are slippery—better wiping of the cleaners would help—and a fridge is essential and should be added.

The view is lovely and the location is great—far from the plateau yet close to the waterfall, the terrace, and the tasty Indian restaurant. The smart TV isn’t connected to the internet, so it was useless, and there were no toothbrushes or a mini‑fridge in the room. The floors were slippery, probably because of too many cleaners and poor wiping.
