The hostess and her husband were friendly, and there were no complaints.

The place was very quiet, rooms were comfortable and clean, staff were very helpful and kind, and we even dined there and everything was great.

The hosts were very warm and attentive, the food—both dinner and breakfast—was excellent, the location is a bit remote but the main sites like Assisi, Spello, and Perguia are easily reachable via good roads, and I would book again and highly recommend it.
