The staff were very helpful with our needs, and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the room clean. There were plenty of bottled mineral water, and a laundry room was available. Winnie at the front desk helped us send our luggage to another city—flawless 👍. Breakfast offered a wide variety of western and local food, and the waitresses were clean and quick. Thank you again.

This property feels like a second home to me; when I go to China I stay at this hotel. It’s my fifth stay there, and everything is great—there’s a halal breakfast and the location is excellent. I’ll come back again. The hotel is nice and clean, with a good location.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the housekeeping who left me a few nice notes each day, and the receptionists were also very kind, even locating a package for me and handing it over right away when I asked. The location is great, within walking distance of several good shopping malls. The only downside was the lack of a spa.
