The room was beautifully flowered, spacious (we had the suite), the bathroom was comfortable and the place was spotless. The downside was that staff were constantly on their phones, a real nuisance that unfortunately happens in many Vietnamese hotels.

Getting out of the city was easy, but there were fewer restaurants nearby.

The room was roomy, well equipped, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The breakfast selection and quality of the items served were impressive. Most of the staff were friendly, especially the housekeepers. On the downside, the music and announcements from outside were very loud early in the morning, even on weekends, and went on until very late at night. The bathroom was old‑fashioned, lacked light and clarity, especially around the sink. The curtains were dusty and smelled strongly of tobacco even though we requested a non‑smoking room, and they needed cleaning.
