Everything was great. All issues were resolved quickly through personal assistants. The staff made sure everything was to my liking and served me fast. Now I understand why people keep coming back to this hotel. We’ll be back!

The place was very tidy and clean, with a lot of different amenities, the staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. I didn’t like that the time I spent at the hotel was bad, but they tried to make the day interesting in other ways. Another thing that bothered me was that the management couldn’t control a lot of small children who were really annoying in this beautiful property; I’d appeal to irresponsible parents to be more mindful of other guests so they don’t ruin the enjoyment they paid for.

Great service as always, everything you need for total relaxation. Sometimes when going late for dinner the food isn’t as fresh.

The place is amazing. It used to be a botanical garden. The gardeners’ work is astonishing. All the trees are numbered. The staff are responsive and speak Russian. The mobile app is convenient. The personal manager works well. The shows are great. The kitchen is tasty. The chocolatier is superb. The beach loungers are comfortable. We liked the lunches at the beach club. The room is very small. I kept finding other people’s hair in the room after cleaning. The sea entrance is bad, with rocks. The hotel looks tired and needs renovation. The 24‑hour restaurant has a sparse menu and weird presentation; we were given snacks after the main dish. There are a lot of children! Keep that in mind. I think the à la carte restaurant fee is unnecessary in such a pricey hotel, especially since it has increased since last year. They should offer free à la carte visits a few times a week.

The resort is wonderful but its the staff make this resort tick. It is a beautiful place to have a vacation and you can relax, eat and drink well and party if you want to. Serkan and Mehmet the bar management team are a credit to the facility and are always there to help you enjoy your stay, they also set the standard for all of the staff who are all so engaging, speak a number of languages and never leave you without a drink, or crisps, or nuts or fruit! . Elenor manages her support team brilliantly and they are always on hand for anything you may need at a moments notice to make your holiday even better. Nothing is too much trouble and the resort is spotlessly clean at all times. We had one day of rain, when coming back to our room, staff had put two umbrellas in our room, now that is attention to detail!. The Chinese restaurant is a bit of a let down, the food was slow coming out and not very tasty, maybe its because all of the other restaurants were of such high quality, but this restaurant could do with a lift and a menu change
