The hotel's location was one of its best features - it's right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference when I was checking in late.
The room itself was also spotless, which is always a plus.
The room was spotless, including the bathroom, which was a big plus for me.

“Terrible”
Nothing to say positively. All I can say is there were lots of issues re cleanliness, internet, and television.
“Regular”
The place is pleasant and comfortable. I had to wait a long time for my room; it wasn’t handed over until after 3:00 pm.
“Overall it was a good stay and served it’s purpose for our family trip.”
The 24‑hour fitness center and coffee station were good, and the location was handy for Walmart and Meijer for last‑minute convenience. The staff were very friendly and the included breakfast had a nice variety. There was no pool, and it turned out to be a bit farther from our destination than I realized when booking through the app. We had issues connecting to the Wi‑Fi with our devices.
“Okay”
It’s close to where I wanted to be. They changed my room twice.
Great breakfast, everything excellent!
