“Sehr empfehlenswert”
The rooms are beautifully furnished, there’s a stunning pool area, and one pool even has covered beds for free use. The food is simply amazing, with a huge buffet selection that caters to everyone. The cocktail and drink options in the all‑in‑one package are great. The sea is about a 10‑minute walk away. There’s an indoor sauna and a heated indoor pool with water temperature like a bathtub. Rooms are cleaned regularly, and we felt very comfortable. We can recommend the hotel 100 %. The staff seemed a bit stressed, probably due to the hotel’s size. At reception, not much is explained during check‑in; you have to find out everything yourself. For example, we didn’t know where and when the sports activities took place. We wondered why nothing happened at the table until we asked and were told we should have gathered at the specified time (before the table or the little house). I think nobody joined because no one knew where to go. No criticism, but a suggestion: announce the animation program and activities over the microphone and motivate people to participate. Overall, much of the evening program and shows were handled by the hotel staff.
