“STUPENDO”
I stayed there for 6 nights. Beautiful property with a waterfall‑style pool overlooking the private beach. The staff were prepared, welcoming, and available for any request, making me feel at home; I’ll return for sure. My room had a large window right onto the sea with a stunning view. The breakfast could use a review: all products were good, but for the croissants Nutella was missing; the staff offered single‑portion spreads instead, and the self‑service coffee and cappuccino machines were practically undrinkable. The room had a minor issue: the toilet cup was almost against the wall, which is uncomfortable; the bidet should be removed. I mentioned all this to staff at the end of my stay, not as a criticism but to help improve the property.
“Eenmalig.”
The pool was clean and refreshing to cool off in. The room was spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. The bathroom was impractical; you had to step over one toilet to reach the other. The shower cabin was very small, suitable only for someone 34 inches tall. The drain was poorly designed and the water was very murky. The TV was supposed to be repaired but wasn’t. When neighbors showered it felt like they were in your room, very noisy. The AC made a terrible noise. The restaurant food is not recommended: very expensive for poor quality, pizza fell off the plate. The staff were not friendly. Breakfast was okay but not special, in a cramped, noisy space.
“Riassumendo, tutto bene. Si può tornare…..”
The staff were friendly and skilled, keeping the rooms clean and the restaurant tidy, and the food was great. The two guys at the beach and pool were also good and cheerful. However, there is no shower on the beach, and the pool area would benefit from a regular shower instead of a button‑activated timed one. The beach itself could use more care and cleanliness.
Everything was great: the view, the staff, everything was simply perfect. You absolutely have to try the restaurant right next to the hotel—unbelievably tasty.
“Soggiorno deludente”
The idea of a 4‑star hotel is good because the location is dreamy. The room was fairly large. The AC was not independent; it would disconnect every so often, and on the last day it broke and the bathroom didn’t let water out, so we would have appreciated at least an apology at checkout. The breakfast was anonymous, without any descriptive label. In the pool the lifeguard was also a bartender—disaster. The potential is huge; it would only need a little more passion.
