The room was neat and clean, the morning was fine, but it was hot in our room and the air conditioner didn’t work properly.

Children can stay in the room for free, there was a gluten‑free breakfast option, and the location right by the U-Bahn is perfect. The stated height of the parking garage is wrong: online it says 2.00 m, on site it’s 1.95 m. Initially there was no solution, and only the next day we got a parking spot outside at full price.

The breakfast was great, the location is very good, the U-Bahn is right outside the hotel, rooms on the garden side are very quiet, the reception offers free still water with lemon and mint, check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, we would book again for a Hamburg visit. There was nothing negative.
