It is the best hotel among those nearby; I’ve used it often and it’s the most upscale and clean, especially with almost no cigarette smell, and breakfast is excellent. However, there was no guidebook in the room about the facilities available in the hotel, so I felt it was lacking; it would be nice to have information on fitness, the pool, and concierge.

The location is good, but the soundproofing is bad; car noise, door noise, etc. need better sound management.

Our stay was marred by limited dining options, but the hotel's prime location made up for it. As travelers who don't speak Chinese fluently, we found it challenging to navigate the area without basic amenities like room service. The hotel's location was a redeeming factor.

Our three-day stay was enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Wang Manager, Jenny, and Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's spacious and clean rooms, combined with its proximity to a nearby mall and supermarket, made for a comfortable and convenient stay. The rest of the service team was equally efficient and accommodating.
