My stay at this hotel was average, with no major complaints, but I did find the pillows to be uncomfortably hard. While I didn't feel completely let down, I did think that the hotel could have done a better job in providing softer pillows for guests. The overall experience was pleasant, but the hard pillows were a notable drawback. I would have appreciated a more comfortable sleeping experience.

However, my stay was marred by the hotel's subpar cleanliness, which fell short of my expectations. The facility's cleanliness issues were a major letdown, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in this area. Despite the location, the cleanliness issues made my stay less enjoyable.
