Hot shower, cheap price. AC barely worked (though it was enough), no window, asked for airport taxi, but it was cancelled when it was supposed to arrive

“Early check-in place”

The staff let us check‑in at 7 am after we got to Palu at 6 am. They provided an electric kettle and a free bottled drink daily. The bed was hard, yet I slept well. The bathroom was cramped, so I had to move around inside it. No shampoo was supplied and the exhaust fan was very noisy.

“Hotel murah tapi tidak murahan, service sangat OK”

1. Pihak hotel menjemput saya dari bandara gratis dan cepat. 2. Saya diizinkan very early check-in tanpa tambahan biaya (saya tiba di palu jam 6.30, jam 7 pagi sudah bisa pakai kamarnya) 3. Kamar bersih, wifi cepat. Tidak ada sarapan

I’m passing through Palu, and the hotel’s perk is the 15‑minute airport shuttle. The rooms are spacious, with large comfy beds, decent Wi‑Fi, and clean enough for Indonesian standards; the staff are friendly.

“Close to the airport, clean big rooms with big comfortable bed”

I only stayed overnight before an early‑morning flight. The room was roomy with adequate furniture and a super comfy bed. The staff were very helpful, and they offered a free early‑morning airport transfer. In the evenings there were plenty of options to grab food nearby, like a warung or a small supermarket.
