The location is spot on, surrounded by great restaurants. The room is charming, the welcome was excellent and the staff offered plenty of useful tips.

The place sits in a very nice and convenient spot. The staff were friendly and gave us helpful Rome tips at check‑in. They provided free toiletries and some water in the fridge, and there was a tea‑making station at reception. An elevator is in the building. The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty even though they claimed to clean it daily; it seemed they only made the bed and vacuumed. The bathroom had mold and the floor was visibly dirty. The toilet seat was broken, as was one flushing button – we had to use only one button or the water would keep running. The sink was also broken; water wouldn’t drain unless the cover was removed. The pillows were extremely thin and looked old. There was a sewage smell when we entered. The café where breakfast was served was conveniently located just around the corner from the hotel, but it wasn’t worth the price. We were offered a hot coffee, fresh orange juice and a pastry. It’s a typical Italian breakfast, but a more filling option could be found nearby for 9€. Overall, the hotel is okay for a last‑minute stay, but I wouldn’t return.

A cute hotel in Rome, inside a residential building. New, modern, clean, and conveniently located. The guy at reception was very nice and gave us a lot of information and recommendations. The reception wasn’t always open, even during the hours they said it should be; they were available on WhatsApp but that was less convenient.

Everything was excellent, the reception was very friendly and didn’t let us leave our luggage after check‑out. The room was comfortable and very clean, with everything we needed; we’ll come back.
