“Nice place.to stay for a quick trip to Chicago”

The breakfast had a good selection—French toast was especially tasty, but there was no oatmeal, which was a let‑down. Nobody in the group drinks coffee, so we had to bring our own water bottles because none were provided in the room. The room itself was fine; we had to walk back and forth to the front desk for extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed, but everyone was comfortable, which matters most.

Check‑in went smoothly. The night staff were unhelpful, and my deposit was still being held.

“Decent hotel close to everything downtown but make sure you check your account cause they will double charge you”

The location was convenient, close to everything. The only issue was that my card was charged twice.
