The room was very pleasant with excellent bedding. The spa corner and jacuzzi were great for relaxing, but several jets in the pool weren’t working, which was a pity.

Rooms have flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and air conditioning. A Mediterranean restaurant with a sea-view terrace serves meals. A thalassotherapy centre offers health treatments for a fee. Private parking costs 10€/night; Arles is 37 km away.

The location was convenient and the staff at the reception and spa were friendly. The restaurant was too expensive.

The location, the spa and wellness complex were great, and the reception staff were welcoming and kind, lending bathrobes and hoodies. The sea view and free access to the spa without an appointment were nice, and the terraces or balconies in the rooms added to the experience. However, the tap and the bathtub rim were in poor condition and needed replacement. The air‑conditioning didn’t heat well, so it was a bit cold in the room and there was no blanket or throw. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, which cost €20 per person and felt a bit pricey.

The proximity to the beach, the parking spaces, and the outdoor pool were positives. The cleanliness of the toilets, the high price of lunch, and the gap between the photos shown on Booking and reality made the value for money feel mediocre.
