While the hotel's customer service was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff, there was one area that fell short – the outdated curtains, which were in desperate need of replacement.

I was satisfied with my room, which matched the price I paid. However, I had some issues with the phone service, which wasn't working during my stay. Overall, it was an average experience.

Everything about the hotel was very simple, which I appreciated for the price. Unfortunately, almost everything else was lacking, leaving room for improvement.

I loved the hotel's location, being close to shopping centers and having easy access to transportation. It made getting around a breeze.
