Hotel Italia

“Soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante, in una struttura accogliente e ben organizzata. Ottima posizione e staff sempre”

I really appreciated the property, especially its strategic location that’s convenient for both the station and reaching Siena’s centre with excellent connections. The staff were impeccable, always kind, available, and attentive to guests’ needs. Overall, the environment was welcoming and the stay very pleasant. Nothing in particular was lacking; I was very satisfied with the facilities, service, and staff availability.

“Gute Lage”

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, and breakfast is somewhat bland with limited choices.

“Super accueil, bonne localisation mais passez votre chemin si vous voulez être au calme.”

The hotel sits 15 minutes on foot from Siena’s historic centre. The reception, kitchen, and housekeeping staff were warm and helpful. The rooms are roomy, and breakfast is good and plentiful. The soundproofing is weak, both inside and outside, and a strong sewage smell in the bathrooms is unpleasant. If you’re driving, book a parking spot – street parking in the area is unclear and hard to find.

“Very nice hotel and nice staff.”

The hotel was spotless, and breakfast offered a wide range of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing else stood out, though it would be nice to have a way to heat food and a place to dry clothes.
